Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of HR CRM (hrcrm.app). By creating an account you accept them.
The service
HR CRM is a web application for recruitment and HR management. New organizations get a free trial; after it, the service is paid by subscription as shown on the Billing page.
Your account
Keep your password secret and give access only to people in your organization. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
Your data
Your organization owns the data it enters. You confirm you have the right to process the personal data of the candidates and employees you add, and that you inform them as the law requires. We process this data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Processing of this personal data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use HR CRM to send spam, to break the law, to access other organizations' data, or to disrupt the service.
Payments
Subscription fees are paid in advance for the chosen period. If a subscription ends, data stays available read-only until it is renewed.
Availability and liability
We work to keep HR CRM available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
Ending use
You can stop using HR CRM at any time. The organization owner can download all data and delete the organization in Settings → General, or ask us to delete it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
