messages without your decision
In Telegram the AI agent only reads. The candidate gets only the booking link, the confirmation and a moved interview — when you tick “Send in Telegram”.
session encryption
The Telegram session and Google tokens are stored encrypted. The key is not in the database.

This is not a setting but the architecture: these functions simply do not exist in the agent's code.
Writes nothing by itself
In Telegram the agent only reads, and the candidate gets only what you send: the booking link, the confirmation and a moved interview. Inside the CRM it acts on its own — creates cards and moves stages — and every action can be undone with a button in the bot.
Data isolation
Every database request is limited to one company's data. A request without a company is rejected by the server — data of different companies never mixes.
Encryption
Traffic is protected with TLS. Telegram sessions, Google tokens and job-site keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the key is kept apart from the database.
2FA and sign-in protection
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, passwords stored only as bcrypt hashes, signed sessions, limits on sign-in attempts.
Nobody reads it by hand
Chats are processed only by automation — HR CRM staff do not read them. The AI works through the Anthropic API: the data is not used to train models.
Your data is yours
The company owner can download the full archive with every CV and document at any time and delete the company themselves. The Data Processing Agreement is on the site.
What if the Telegram account gets stolen?
The Telegram session is stored only encrypted, and the key is not in the database. Without the key the session file is useless. And you can terminate the session in one click in Telegram itself.
Will Telegram ban the account?
The agent reads new messages like your Telegram on one more device and does not mark them as read. It writes to a candidate only when you send the booking link, the confirmation or a moved interview yourself — one message in the chat, as you would write it.
Can other companies see my data?
No. Every request is limited to your company, and inside the company a recruiter sees their own board while the head sees the whole team.
Does the AI learn from my chats?
No. The AI works through the Anthropic API, and API data is not used to train models — this is set out in Anthropic's terms and in our privacy policy.

What does the AI agent do?

Does the agent write to candidates on my behalf?

Which chats does the agent read?

Can I move my database from Excel?
Yes, there is Excel import and export of candidates and employees.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The data stays and can be viewed; changes are closed until payment. The owner can download an archive of all data or delete the company at any time.
How do I take or delete my data?
The company owner downloads an archive with all data, CVs and documents in Settings → General and deletes the company there too.
Which languages does HR CRM support?
Ukrainian, English and Russian.
Is there a phone app?
HR CRM installs as an app on your phone and laptop — see the “App” section. There is no separate app in the App Store or Google Play.
