A card from the first message
A candidate writes — a card appears in the pipeline with the name, contacts, position and the vacancy, when the chat makes it clear.
CVs and voice messages
Files from the candidate are attached to the card. Voice and video messages are transcribed and read like ordinary text.
Stages on their own
When the chat shows the candidate passed the screening or the test task, the card moves to that stage. The agent never moves a card back.
Interviews in the calendar
Agreed on a date and time — the agent creates the interview in the CRM. Called off — it cancels it.
How to connect
Settings → Integrations → AI agent in Telegram: sign in to your Telegram with a QR code. The agent works with your recruiter account; each recruiter connects their own. Turn it off in the CRM or in Telegram → Devices.
What the agent does and doesn't
The agent only reads chats with candidates and never writes on its own. A candidate gets only what you send from the CRM yourself: the booking link, the interview confirmation and a reschedule. Chats without a candidate are skipped.
Security
The Telegram session is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). The chat itself is not stored in the CRM — the card gets a short history and the candidate's files. Each company's data is isolated. The AI works through an API, and API data is not used for training.
Does the agent write to candidates on my behalf?
Not on its own. Candidates only get booking links and interview confirmations when you send them from the CRM.
What about personal chats?
The agent checks whether a chat is with a candidate. Chats without a candidate are skipped and get no card.
What if the candidate was already added by hand?
The agent looks for the card by phone, email, Telegram or first and last name and fills it in instead of creating a duplicate.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, in one click in the CRM settings or in Telegram → Devices.
