Spreadsheets

Excel (.xlsx), CSV and TSV, including CSV in Windows-1251. Columns are recognised on their own; a form appears only when the name column isn't found.

CVs and archives

PDF, DOCX, RTF, TXT — each CV becomes a card with contacts from the text. A ZIP archive with spreadsheets and CV folders — up to 4 GB and 20,000 files.

Straight from another ATS

Huntflow, PeopleForce, HURMA, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse and Recruitee with an API key: candidates with the vacancy, stage, contacts, notes and CVs.

No duplicates

Running it again adds only what's new. Duplicates by email and phone are skipped.

How it works

Candidates or Employees → Import: drop one or several files. Moving by API — Settings → Integrations → «Move from another system». The import runs in the background with progress; you can close the window.

Cards are filled from CVs

After the import, CVs on the cards fill in empty fields: name, email, phone, Telegram, LinkedIn. Existing data is not overwritten.

The key is not stored

The old system's API key lives only while the move runs and is not stored in the CRM. CleverStaff has no export API — use a file import for it.

Questions and answers

How much does the move cost?

Import and moving are part of the subscription, the trial included.

Are stages and dates kept?

Yes: vacancies are created, and stages and dates from the file or the old system are kept.

Can I export the base back?

Yes, candidates and employees export to Excel, and the head can download an archive of all company data.

What about .xls?

The old .xls format isn't supported — save the file as .xlsx or CSV.
